WHAT WE COLLECT

We may collect the following information via our newsletter opt in, account signup and ‘contact us’ form: contact name, contact email, contact telephone, company name, address and postcode.

This information is collected to allow us to process your business enquiry or to create a unique user account for to use on our website.

WHAT WE DO WITH THE INFORMATION WE COLLECT

• Your ‘contact us’ submission will be stored on our Customer Admin System, which is only accessible by authorised Inside Out Contracts personnel, and a copy of it will be sent to a member of our Sales Team's mailbox so it can be dealt with properly and in a timely manner.

• Your ‘account signup’ submission details will be stored on our Website Admin system, which is only accessible by authorised Inside Out Contracts marketing personnel. Your itemised Wishlist will also be stored so that at any time if you cannot access it, we can email it to you by simply sending us email to marketing@insideoutcontracts.com with the subject title ‘My Wishlist’. Your account on our website can also be deleted at anytime, clearing any data stored by selected the 'delete my account' option.

• Your ‘newsletter opt in’ submission for marketing and company announcement emails will be stored on our Email Management System Mailchimp, from which you can update your preferences and unsubscribe at any time by using the links on the bottom of our newsletters or by sending us an email to marketing@insideoutcontracts.com with the subject title ‘Newsletter Preferences’.
  
• We may use your business email address to inform you of business updates and promotions that we feel you would be interested in.

• We may add your information to our Outlook calendars in case a visit, delivery or site survey is booked.
  

• We may use the information to improve user experience online, our products and services.

CONTROLLING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

You may request details of personal information which we hold about you under the new General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) guidelines.
