A popular solid wood table top choice that highlights the natural knots and open grain of oak wood.
Sourced from Europe, the oak wood is selected for its characterful display of natural knots and grain patterning. The tops can be supplied raw-unfinished or with a natural matt lacquer 10% sheen as standard which showcases the wood and helps protect against most abrasions and stains (the higher the sheen, the higher the protection and 'gloss').
Wood stains are also available along with a stain-to-match service.
Darker wood stains and black/brown paint filling for the wood's knots can be used to create an even more rustic look.
