Creating a modern dining experience, Ember restaurant in Milltown, Dublin is the creation of head chef Greg O'Mahoney. Working to a brief from designers John Duffy Design, the restaurant located within the leafy Irish suburb has established itself as somewhat of a culinary hotspot.

Creating a balance where fine cuisine meets casual dining, the interiors have been classically shaped with smooth leather seating and dark wooden features. Inside Out supplied the solid wood Rebel and Caddie dining chairs in coordinating tan leather to the banquettes, supporting the restaurant’s modern yet sophisticated brief.
