This project was quite the catch. ‘Fish!’ perched in the heart of Borough Market has been a hotspot among London Bridge’s tourists and corporate class since 1999. Housed in what was once an old and battered Pea-Shelling Warehouse, the newly refurbished restaurant manifests a suave character, updating the vast dining space with a whitewashed palette of marble, steel and light grey furnishings.

Building on the contemporary design, Inside Out supplied the restaurant’s clever combination of minimalist steel Navy chairs and soft solid wood tables. Flaunting the fresh and airy feel of an aquatic theme, the neutral furnishings complement rather than take centre stage, allowing the exceptional menu of locally sourced produce to be the real showstopper.
