We love it when your dreams become a reality. The story behind GioLato is just that. It started with the dream to provide fresh gelato which is made on site, in an open plan way where customers can see the entire process of how the gelato is made.

GioLato is a small family run business which has a clean and fresh look, perfect for this new business to start its adventure. Many of the products used to create this look are bespoke items. Ash is the wood which has been used to create this light and airy feel.
