Inspired by the laid back Californian lifestyle, Sonoma restaurant in Gatwick airport gives frequent fliers and holiday makers the chance to relax before their flight and enjoy a tasty dish from one of their menus.

Making use of warm vibrant hues and natural materials, Inside Out worked with designer Michaelis Boyd to furnish the restaurant influenced by the California region of Sonoma, best known for its artistic culture and wineries.

Creating a flexible space for families and individual diners, Sonoma offers a sweeping space with a variety of furniture to please all visitors to the restaurant. Bentwood chairs and stools line bespoke recycled wood tables designed with power outlets and in built planters, bringing a calming sense of earthiness to the dining experience.
