Exhibitors range from famous and well established design houses such as Kartell, B&B Italia, Mooi and Cassina who often feature the most exciting and outlandish exhibition stands; right through to the opposite end of the spectrum where new entrants to the fair’s exhibitor list include emerging designers and furniture makers from Scandinavia, South America and Asia.

Trends in not only furniture, but also textiles lighting and fashion emerge from the Salone as a series of new collections are launched and artistic installations dotted around Milan take centre stage on Instagram.

Attending in what will be our 18^th year, we’re expecting to see hundreds of new and noteworthy designs from our existing furniture makers that tap into these emerging trends.

We’re also expecting to see how last year’s trend of ‘mixed materials’ will transcend into more complicated forms, in turn fuelling innovative techniques for furniture makers; along with new trends in the emergence of design-led interiors for casual dining.
