The primary seating section of the sofa embodies the essence of a towering wave reaching the shore, tapering gently to a stool-sized side table, enabling flexible seating arrangements. The Orca sofa is crafted from LLDPE (linear low-density polyethylene) using the rotational molding production method, ensuring durability and suitability for outdoor use while being resistant to all weather conditions. This material offers UV protection, is 100% recyclable, and is solution-dyed for colourfastness. Notably, it boasts a high level of mechanical strength, and impact resistance, and can withstand temperatures ranging from -35°C to 80°C. The lacquered finish is meticulously applied through a process involving surface preparation, base coat application, and a final layer of oven-cured liquid acrylic or polyurethane paint, followed by polishing for a refined look.
