Job Specification
London based commercial furniture specialists, are looking for a highly organised, numerate and ambitious individual to work as Project Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment directly with our MD and be part of the growing team at Inside Out Contracts, one of the best commercial furniture suppliers in the UK.
Candidates must be well presented, have a good attitude, excellent numeracy skills, polite phone manner, IT skills, careful attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
Although this position is office based, it is encouraged that you meet with clients at least 2 days a week on site, at their premises or inviting clients into the showroom. There is access to our database of over 17,000 clients including live projects ready to progress and convert to sale.
Job General Duties:
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients;
•Identifying new business opportunities among new and existing clients;
•Working closely with clients to resolve any pre- or post-delivery issues;
•Being the main point of contact between key clients and internal teams (production, design and marketing);
•Responding promptly to all new enquiries;
•Actioning new enquiries that are passed on via our “enquiry pool”;
•Accurately calculating costs, generating quotes and negotiating on price when required;
•Liaising with clients and suppliers before, during and after sales process is completed;
•Maintaining and updating relevant information our CRM system;
•Creating and pitching presentations to current and potential new clients;
•Attending networking and industry events such as trade shows;
•Undertaking new business research; and
•Attending trade events and in house Lunch & Learns to consistently build product knowledge.
