Inside Out Contracts worked closely with the interior design team to help furnish many of the development’s communal spaces, from welcoming arrival lounges and co-working areas to cinema rooms and poolside settings. The focus was on furniture-led design, giving each space its own identity while supporting how residents naturally use it throughout the day.

In the cinema rooms, dramatic bespoke sofas invite residents to settle in and switch off, creating a comfortable and immersive viewing experience. Across the shared lounges and social areas, the Hug Sofa, Amora Lounge Chair, Ambrose Lounge Chair, and Anala Lounge Chair introduce relaxed, contemporary seating that encourages residents to unwind or gather with friends. The Luca Armchair and Crest Soft Armchair add further comfort and versatility, offering inviting spots for quiet moments or informal conversations.

Tables and supporting pieces play an equally important role in shaping the spaces. The Zeus Side Table provides practical surfaces for drinks and casual dining, particularly within the co-working and lounge areas, and complements the development’s modern aesthetic.

The indoor poolside experience offers residents a place to slow down and recharge. Here, the Rhodes Sun Lounger provides comfortable, contemporary relaxation, extending the same sense of thoughtful design and comfort into the external spaces.

Warm materials, rich textures, and carefully considered details ensure that each piece of furniture feels completely at home within the interiors.
