GAIL's bakery first opened in 2005 on Hampstead High Street and their success has been rising ever since. Now with an impressive 45 bakeries across London, the GAIL's signature bakery changes its interior styling and mood to suit each unique location.

The bakery in Wanstead enjoys a distressed warmth with its mixture of mosaic, brick, and wooden flooring. To continue this feel throughout, Inside Out Contracts worked with Holland Harvey Architects to provide chairs and stools that suited the interior with metal frames and warm wooden seats.
