Set within the beautifully restored Papple estate in East Lothian, Eve’s Court Café & Wine Bar is part of George and Eri Mackintosh’s vision to create a leading cultural destination celebrating art in agriculture. Recently opened, Eve’s Court provides a relaxed and welcoming setting for visitors to enjoy the estate.

Inside, the space feels warm, calm, and easy to settle into. Solid wood tables, stone walls, and soft lighting create a natural, contemporary backdrop, with the green Atieno Chair adding a contemporary note of colour throughout the room. Its clean, unfussy lines sit comfortably alongside the architecture, contributing to the overall character.

Supportive and design-led, the chair makes it easy to linger over a glass of wine. It’s an interior that encourages you to slow down, stay a little longer, and enjoy good food, good company, and furniture design that simply works.
