Located in the heart of Dublin, the luxe redesign of the four-star Stephen’s Green Hotel by Bryan O’Sullivan Studios enhances the hotel’s original Georgian architecture, providing added elegance and texture with furnishings by Inside Out Contracts.
Harkening to the style of art nouveau, the Marilyn bar stool set in brass metal slipper caps line the hotel’s dedicated bar from within a grand dining room setting.
The Elegant art nouveau stylings of the bar are continued with a choice of traditional bentwood and cane Deco chairs mingled with rouge red velvet Adele dining chairs. Lingering into the bathrooms, the art nouveau style is upheld with a circular centrepiece banquette, complete with matching rogue red upholstery and traditional deep buttoning detail.
In comparison to the grand spaces on offer for guests, the hotel also includes a number of smaller secluded areas such as the deluxe reading room. Accented with mint green walls, natural light and a huge centrepiece bespoke desk in solid oak, handmade by Inside Out, the reading room is a nod to old-world libraries complete with traditional in-built table lighting and simple design-led Meadow chairs.
