Inside Out Contracts | Covid-19 Business Assurance Statement

We appreciate your company’s need of assurance from suppliers for business during and post- COVID 19 and have therefore put together a business assurance statement.

While it hasn’t been “business as usual” during this challenging period, we have been able to maintain our ongoing service throughout, continuing to distribute our furniture and samples and our team are always on hand to assist with your enquires. As lockdown restriction begin to be lifted we continue to review our situation and ensure the safety of our clients and staff is our top priority.

We thank you all for your patience and would like to reassure you that we at Inside Out Contracts are fully committed to meet the needs of our clients. We are continually monitoring developments to ensure our company remains open and where possible fully operational, providing you with continued expert advice and best possible support.

Inside Out’s Berlin office is now open supporting our international projects and working alongside our London office team which continues to work remotely until further government advice. From Monday 1st June our Showroom will re-open for appointments only under the most strict safety measures.

I am pleased to be able to say that Inside Out have been able to continue producing and supplying furniture this whole time, utilising some of our factories in Poland and Portugal that have been able to remain open. We also supply a large range of finished indoor and outdoor furniture on a quick delivery basis that is stocked in the UK. We are please to say all of our European factories have resumed production as of Monday 4thMay and many of our UK workshops are starting to re-open following government workplace safety guidelines.

Our production teams are working very closely with our external supply partners to actively improve lead-times and delivery. As always, the more visibility you are able to give us about your own forward order intentions, the more proactively we will be able to work with you to adjust our manufacturing schedules to meet your needs and get any previously quoted specially agreed pricing locked in.

We are also continuing to expand our product range in line with customer demand and with the impact of COVID 19 in mind we have developed new pieces of furniture including a dedicated range of Social Distancing Furniture and protective screens which are designed to protect customers and which can be found on our website:
