When we began our EcoVadis assessment, we expected to spend time reviewing policies, gathering evidence, and documenting the way we work.
What surprised us was how clearly the process reflected something we have believed for years: sustainability isn't a separate initiative at Inside Out Contracts, it's part of every decision we make.
We're proud to have been awarded the EcoVadis Gold Medal, recognising our commitment across Environment, Labour & Human Rights, Ethics, and Sustainable Procurement.
While the award is an important milestone, it's really a reflection of the way we work every day. From the relationships we build with our manufacturing partners to the products we recommend and the culture we've created as a team, sustainability is considered throughout our business.

There's simply no substitute for seeing manufacturing first-hand.
Walking through a factory, talking with the people behind the production process, and seeing the craftsmanship up close gives us a much deeper understanding of how each piece is made. It also gives us confidence that sustainability is being considered throughout the journey, from the materials and manufacturing processes through to the finished product.
By staying closely connected with our manufacturing partners, we're able to make better-informed recommendations and help our clients choose furniture that balances design, performance, and environmental responsibility.
