We’re so proud to have been part of the journey to bring GAIL’s latest bakery, The Fire Station, to life. This project has been all about doing the right thing, guided by three key principles: Waste Not, Craft with a Conscience, and Healthy Spaces. The result? A beautifully crafted space that’s as kind to the planet as it is to its visitors.

One standout feature is the Sparta Cork Stool, made from sustainable cork—a renewable, natural material that not only looks great but also treads lightly on the environment. Another highlight is the custom made tabletops we created for GAIL’s, featuring a solid wood border crafted from FSC-approved oak paired with a recycled plastic centre. This unique design perfectly reflects GAIL’s commitment to sustainability and thoughtful craftsmanship.

At Inside Out Contracts, sustainability isn’t just a nice-to-have—it’s at the core of what we do. We’re committed to providing furniture that’s not only durable and stylish but also eco-friendly. It’s why we hold an EcoVadis Silver accreditation, and it’s why working on projects like this feels so rewarding.

This space represents so much more than just another bakery—it’s a showcase of how design can embrace sustainability without compromising on style or comfort.
