Introducing GAIL's, Soho
GAIL's Soho entails a furnishing solution that involves sharp & minimal joinery design that is sleek and simple, with exposed joints that do not rely on glue, so that the timber may go on to have another life in the future.
The rest of the bakery follows suit, the paired back colour & material palette create an inviting backdrop. As always, a sustainable approach using existing materials has been restored where possible to minimise waste, cork has been chosen to bring warmth to the space & due to its sustainable credentials.
