Bombay Comes to Battersea

From Bombay with love is the new Dishoom venue in Battersea, which is located opposite Battersea Power Station.

Battersea Power Station is an iconic building built in the magical 1930's and remained open until 1980. At its peak the power station produced a fifth of London's power. With chimneys which are 101m from the ground, this major industrial landmark became a notable part of history.

Knowing that Battersea has a very special place in history, Dishoom captures the excitement and vision of a brave electric metropolis, with their new venue.

Battersea is a symbol of vision, an imagined future and a world of possibilities. With this inspiration as a base, Dishoom created a character, Choti Dishoom, a girl who lives in Bombay in 1953 and is transformed to an imagined 2023, where she discovers she has super powers.

This fusion of past and future, in a world of imagination, is brought together in the architecture and design of Bombay in Battersea to create a truly magical and exciting venue, which is the perfect setting to escape and unwind.
