Bordering the Chilterns and tucked away in the village of Prestwood, is The Polecat Inn. The Grade II listed building was once a 17th century hunting lodge and has recently been refurbished to conserve its history while creating a contemporary country pub. The Polecat hosts drinkers and diners looking for a well drawn draught or freshly cooked food in a modern Mediterranean style.

An Oakman Inns establishment furnished in their signature off-beat style with an eclectic mix of new and reclaimed chairs and tables that fill the floor. Inside Out worked with designers A Park Bench to supply bentwood Bach armchairs, Spirit wicker side chairs upholstered in a deep burgundy leather and bespoke table bases crafted from solid wood.
